Just Let Go

Relaxing and letting go is a great direction to destress. However, if the normal way of letting go really works, then it should follow that the more you let go, the better life becomes. So, these Thursday classes at 7 will introduce Buddhist tried and tested methods of breaking out of negative mindsets and entering positive states. These methods can be trained to improve all areas of life. This course is for everyone of all types, all levels. Also, you can choose to attend the full course or just some classes. The choice is yours. Come and try.
