Cultivating Inner Resources Saturday Meditations
For July and August join our meditation class exploring how to cultivate inner resources that enrich both daily life and spiritual practice.
Each session includes two gently guided meditations with a dharma talk in between, focusing on practical qualities like patience, compassion, wisdom, contentment, and peace.
These teachings draw from the Buddhist tradition but are presented in accessible, relevant ways that address the challenges of modern living. Whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice, you’ll find tools and insights to help navigate life with greater clarity, kindness, and inner strength.
