OPEN YOUR MIND
Tues 7pm to 8:30pm (May 13, 20, 27)
Imagine taking control of your own happiness without needing to rely on everything around us. Why is this so important? Because when we don’t get what we want, we can feel let down. In these classes, you will learn how to create your own inner peace, and this will give you the power to take control of your mind, rather than letting it control you. Pretty good, right?
To do this, we first learn to create an inner space within – And then through learning how to understand our mind, we develop the wisdom to connect within. At this point, we can generate minds of happiness ourselves. Of course, it takes time, but with the correct guidance, you can achieve it.
