Take Charge of Life. We like to manage our time, but things often get in the way, and worse, what do you do when your time to relax doesn’t help enough to overcome stress? Stress is responsible for so many health problems, but tends to be widely ignored.In this special series, we will learn techniques to better manage our stress, learning to improve those times when people don’t seem act in the way we feel is right, or things just don’t go our way.
