Developing Kindness

Being kind seems easy, but how when so many can appear unkind? Can we only be kind when others are kind to us? Is being kind a weakness? We will explore these questions and more, as well as learn meditations to benefit yourself and others with the motivation of making yourself a better person. Overall, you will learn to a number of meditations that improve your life in multiple ways, to benefit you in all walks of life.

This is a class for everyone who no matter what their background/religion etc is. This is a great opportunity to develop the positive inner mental qualities that can benefit both yourself and others.
