with Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Tonglam
Sat, Dec 2 • 2:00-5:00pm
Through meditating on Buddha’s teaching on subtle impermanence, comes a letting go of our usual grasping at what we consider to be our problems and our limitations. It frees us to fully embrace every moment, enabling us to live our lives dancing in the ever changing play of impermanence.
Everyone is welcome!
