Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni and commentary to The Thirty-Five Confession Buddhas Purification Practice

with Gen Kelsang Tonglam
March 31- April 2 • Sat-Mon

During this weekend, we have the opportunity to receive the blessing empowerment of Buddha Shakyamuni which is a beautiful guided meditation that helps us to make a special connection with Buddha and receive his powerful blessings so that we can purify our negativity and make swift spiritual progress.

The Thirty-five Confession Buddhas purification practice is one of the most powerful methods for purifying our mind of all negativity. Through visualizing these Buddhas and making physical prostrations to them with faith and sincerely requesting them to purify our negativity, our mind will gradually become happier, and we can remove inner obstacles to our spiritual practice. Gen Tonglam will offer teachings on this practice based on Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book, The Bodhisattva Vow, followed by an opportunity to do a short retreat when we will actually engage in prostration practice together. Please feel welcome to engage in whatever level you feel comfortable.

Everyone is welcome.
