Gen Kelsang Tonglam is a Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher at KMC Taiwan. Born in Hong Kong, Gen Tonglam trained under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in the UK. He explains clearly and practically how we can find happiness in our busy, modern lives by using Buddhist wisdom.
Regina Au has trained under the guidance of her Spiritual Guide, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, for about 15 years. Her teachings are practical and easy to apply in modern daily life.
Each class includes teaching, guided meditation and an opportunity to ask questions. Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained and can be attended individually. No experience or booking required. Suitable for everyone.
